Fruit salad

Ingredients

1 Guava
2 tbsp Diet sugar
250 g Strawberries
1/2 cup Diet sugar
1 Pomegranate - very red
1 Apple - green, yellow or red
1 Banana - (optional)
1/2 Cantaloupe
1 cup Orange Juice
5 Strawberries

Directions

  1. Cut strawberries into chunks and put in a bowl. Sprinkle with diet sugar and about 2 tbsp water. Leave in the fridge overnight.
  2. Take only the seeds of pomegranate. Core and cut apples into 8 pieces. You can peel them or leave the peels on. Cut apples into bite sized pieces.
  3. Slice banana. Remove seeds from guavas and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel and cut cantaloupe into chunks, same size as strawberries.
  4. Mix all fruits in a bowl and pour the water that the strawberry lets out overnight.
  5. To make juice 2, put strawberries, orange juice and diet sugar in a blender. Blend until smooth and pour over fruits. Leave for about 30 minutes before serving.
