Fruit salad with yogurt dressing

Ingredients

250 g Strawberries
1 Apple - green, yellow or red
1 Banana - (optional)
1 Guava
1/2 Cantaloupe
1 Pomegranate - very red
1/2 cup Diet sugar
2 packs Yoghurt - low fat
1 Pomegranate
2 tbsp Diet sugar

Directions

  1. Cut strawberries into chunks and put in a bowl. Sprinkle with diet sugar and about 2 tbsp water. Leave in the fridge overnight.
  2. Take only the seeds of pomegranate. Core and cut apples into 8 pieces. You can peel them or leave the peels on. Cut apples into bite sized pieces.
  3. Slice banana. Remove seeds from guavas and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel and cut cantaloupe into chunks, same size as strawberries.
  4. Mix all fruits in a bowl and pour the water that the strawberry lets out overnight.
  5. seed pomegranate and squeeze to get only the juice. Mix juice with yoghurt and sugar and pour over fruits. Leave for about 1 hour before serving.
