Ingredients

2 tbsp Dry Yeast
1/2 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Corn Oil Afia AFIA
3 cups Flour
1 cup Water - warm

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix 1 ½ cups flour, yeast, salt. Add water and oil. Beat with an electric beater on high speed for 3 minutes.
  2. Using a spoon, add remaining flour and stir.
  3. Move the dough on working surface and using your hands knead dough well until smooth and elastic (about 6 minutes).
  4. Move dough to a bowl, brush with oil, cover with a clean cloth and leave in a warm place for 10 minutes.

This dough is engouh for 2 pizzas in 30 cm diameter pans or its equivalent in rectangular pans.
