Cold cuts pizza

Ingredients

1/2 cup Goat Cheese - or chedder cheese, shredded
1 Pizza Dough
100 g Smoked Veal - or smoked beef, sliced
100 g Pastrami - or lunchon, sliced
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese - shredded
2 Tomatoes - diced
4 tbsp Pizza Sauce

Directions

  1. Cut all cold cut into 1 cm thin strips.
  2. Roll dough on a slightly floured surface. Spread dough to cover a 30 cm diameter baking sheet or pizza pan or its equivalent rectangular baking sheet.
  3. Spread pizza sauce over dough. Add cold cuts and tomatoes. Sprinkle cheeses on top.
  4. Heat oven to 220-230 C. Bake pizza in oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately.

You can add or replace the cold cuts that you like.
