Chili ricotta and pepper pizza

Ingredients

1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Pizza Dough
1/2 Green Pepper - diced
1/2 Red Pepper - or yellow pepper, diced
1/2 tsp Thyme - or oregano, dried and crushed
1 Red Chili Pepper - cut into small pieces
1 tbsp Basil - chopped
1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese

Directions

  1. Roll dough on a slightly floured surface. Spread dough to cover a 30 cm diameter baking sheet or pizza pan or its equivalent rectangular baking sheet. Brush dough with oil.
  2. Spread ricotta cheese over dough. Sprinkle thyme, chili pepper, green and red pepper. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  3. Heat oven to 220-230 C. Bake pizza in oven for 7-10 minutes. Get out of oven and sprinkle chopped basil. Serve immediately.
